These include keys, electronic ignition switch, infrared control unit, locks & lock cylinders, transmission gear control and other related parts. The new policy has specific requirements for the ordering and delivery of Theft Related Parts, which includes proof of ownership amongst other pieces of identification. How to order a spare or replacement key?
Only you or someone authorized by you can order a replacement key from Mercedes-Benz of Seattle, an Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer.
