Impeccably versatile and brilliantly engineered, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class is known for luxury and appeal. For 2017, we will see the E-Class undergo a transformation that will cement its place in the luxury sedan market. With a brand new restyled exterior, technological advancements found abundant in the interior, and class-leading safety innovations, you can see the best only keeps getting better.

Design

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class has a design that has been thoughtfully produced for 10 generations to stir up emotion in the onlooker, from eye-catching paint options to sleek body lines. This year, the E-Class smooths out the sharp edges found on the 2016 E-Class into a more curvaceous body shape and adds 2.6-inches to the wheelbase to help the 2017 E-Class make an even grander entrance. The exterior reshaping powerfully ignites the senses and channels Mercedes-Benz signature design philosophy: “Sensual Purity”.

On the inside, the 2017 E-Class features an organic design with accenting that holds your attention from door to door, thanks to sweeping wood trim and fine leather materials. Technological advancement is shown in the form of a 12.3-inch wide-screen high-resolution media display that comes together with a second screen that serves as a virtual gauge cluster. The display seems to be hovering in mid-air while the driver browses through navigation, media, vehicle monitoring, and more.

Safety

The 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class was known for safety, so it’s hard to imagine that the 2017 model could add any more innovations to the list. This year, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class will continue to host all of the outstanding safety features found on the 2016 model plus standard Active Brake Assist, Crosswind Assist, and PRE-SAFE Sound. Optional safety features found on the 2017 E-Class include Cross-Traffic Alert added to Active Brake Assist, Evasive Steering Assist, and PRE-SAFE Impulse Side.
